Seahawks placed LT Frye on IR for neck injury

The Seattle Seahawks won over the Jacksonville Jaguars at 41-0 on Sunday night, but they have to face the fact that they will lose another player for injury- left tackle Brandon Frye unfortunately injured his neck during Sunday’s game and was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.

Frye thus became the third left tackle the Seahawks lost for injury, following Walter Jones and Sean Locklear. The team will have to turn to Kyle Williams, who was just signed off the practice squad and put on No. 78 Seahawks jersey and played through a sprained knee in finish Sunday’s game after Frye went down.

The Seahawks’ another move on Tuesday was t sign offensive tackle Damion Mclintosh, who started 16 games last season for Kansas City Chiefs but was cut by the Chiefs before the season started.
