Retired coaches will be consultant

Here the retired coaches refers to Tom Moore and Howard Mudd, who was Indianapolis Colts coaches. They started working for the Colts in 1998 and decided to retire about 2 weeks ago.

The Colts owner Jim Irsay told reporters that he wanted the two retired coaches back working as the team's consultant. He believed that their experience could help the team move forward and teach other coaches. However, except Tom Moore and Howard Mudd would like to work for free for several months, Jim has to wait until mid-November when he can signed any agreements with them.

It is said that retired coaches must wait for 6 months ater they filed retirement documents before they can accept another paid job in football teams.
